rights of users or the updating of their internal service policies.
It details that most providers use language appropriate for the user; but only 10.81% use simple, understandable and didactic language.
Almost all providers display their codes in unintuitive menus, so the user cannot locate them easily.
There were several information gaps in the information on company policies:
Completeness,
Clarity in describing the policy,
Impact on a change in services,
Information with technical usa whatsapp number data and legal deficiencies.
Radamés Camargo, an analyst at the consulting firm The CIU , said that the IFT should strengthen its surveillance of network neutrality.
“There must be equity in the provision of all network services, they must be monitor.
“There is no clear and manifest monitoring to ensure that this network neutrality is carri out in Mexico.”
