This is one of the most relevant findings of the second Work Relationship Index commissioned by HP to Edelman Data & Intelligence (DXI) , which offers an in-depth analysis of labor dynamics in 12 global markets, including Mexico.

One of the most compelling findings of the study is the urgent need to personalise the work environment. More than two-thirds of knowledge workers globally say that a personalised work environment would improve their overall well-being and strengthen their relationship with work. Furthermore, 87% of respondents would be willing to sacrifice up to 14% of their salary to obtain work options tailored to their personal preferences, with Generation Z willing to give up up to 19% of their salary for these benefits.

This desire for personalization isn’t just

a trend among young people.
