The initial study resulted in four measurable project objectives :

Project implementation
The project implementation took 6 months.
Before the actual implementation, we designed the website structure based on an initial study . Its development was quite time-consuming. There are several ways to segment products in this specific segment, and the chosen path fundamentally affects the conversion rate.

4. Increase website loading speed
The website loading speed decreased from the original 5.19 seconds to 4.73 seconds, i.e. by almost 9% .
