I had forgotten that I had already done this exercise in 2022. It’s funny to see what I had written then and the situation I’m in today. It’s totally different.
The main difference between 2022 and 2024 can be summed up in one word: focus. I had never understood the concept of “less is more” because I had never found something that was really working. I always had things that worked a little so my logic told me that I had to do many things so that in sum I could reach a critical mass.
Growing our collectibles brands
We have two brands in this field and each of them between 10-30 products. We’ve come a long way since that 2022 post where I talk about the first product and the first two sales we had just made. Now that product is sold multiple times a day without necessarily being the one that helps us grow. Strategically, it remains important, so we are going to keep it.
Now the field in which we want to grow is Pokémon, creating products that protect, store and help to better present Pokémon cards or sealed products. We have hit the nail on the head with a type of product that is currently sold 20 times a day. We are going to create new variants in terms of color, shape and capacity to go from 20 to 100 sales a day.
Investment in real estate
I have a small dilemma. On the one hand, we are going to need to invest in a new warehouse and on the other hand, I want to buy something in Spain to have it as a refuge where I and my family can go at any time of the year. It is unlikely that I will be able to do both at the same time.
It is very likely that fate will decide. We will take advantage of the opportunity that comes first. It is also possible that a new one will present itself at the investment level. Right now there are five homes, one of which is still occupied, but we will solve that issue throughout 2024.
Although it does not dedicate a armenia phone number library paragraph of its own to it, it deserves it. The continued development of our tool for Amazon is also part of the new focus.

Not much more to add. I admit that these plans are a little more “boring” than those of 2022 where it was full of plans and new things. Things and ao lists plans will change. That is clear. We will see what the next 12 months bring.
I sensed that I was wrong but I wasn’t ready to accept it. Now I’m clear about where we have to go in 2024: improve and expand what we already have.
