Yesterday I touched on a topic that they don’t usually tell you about in Amazon courses. It’s a luxury problem without a doubt but it’s still a challenge because it doesn’t have an easy solution.
For us right now it’s a challenge because we’re running out of stock in one of the top sellers and soon there will be others that will follow. If everything goes well and the sales rate continues like this (there’s still a lot of the month left) we could reach 90k in turnover. On the one hand it’s positive but on the other hand it means that in February we’ll have a significant drop in sales because we’ll probably run out of stock in many of the products.
We have to get money from under the rocks. This is the plan.

Convert products into money
Just as we have stock that’s easy to rotate, we have another one that’s costing us more to convert into money. We bought an occupied flat without a loan. Right now we have a lot of money buried in the property that once we have reached an agreement and/or the legal process has ended we will be able to withdraw capital from there.
Refund of VAT and advance taxes
We have a pending correction with the tax office that could allow us to recover money of more than 100,000 euros. I put it at the end because I don’t expect it for this year. It will be a long process of 24 months.
